Division Controller
Location: Fort Myers, Florida (Hybrid Schedule)
Salary: $145,000 – $165,000 Base + Bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Division Controller:
- Partner with the Division President to provide financial insights and support strategic business decisions.
- Lead the month-end close process, financial reporting, consolidations, and intercompany accounting while ensuring balance sheet accuracy.
- Division Controller will oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and financial performance analysis across multiple entities.
- Drive improvements in financial processes, internal controls, reporting efficiency, and working capital management.
- Play a key role in acquisition integration efforts while enhancing financial systems, reporting capabilities, and business intelligence tools.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting and finance team, fostering accountability and a high-performance culture.
Qualifications for the Division Controller:
- Experience leading finance and accounting for multi-entity, multi-location organizations.
- Strong background in consolidations, intercompany accounting, and month-end close.
- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
- Ability to deliver financial insights that support strategic business decisions.
- Proven track record of driving accuracy, efficiency, and process improvements.
- NetSuite experience preferred.
