Salary: $70,000 – $80,000

Estimator Responsibilities:
- Prepare clear, detailed estimates for commercial construction projects
- Review drawings, specifications, and documents to develop accurate scopes
- Identify potential risks, value engineering options, and budget alignment opportunities
- Solicit and analyze subcontractor/vendor bids
- Work closely with project managers, superintendents, and design partners
- Participate in hand-off meetings to ensure a smooth transition into construction
- Maintain cost history and help refine internal pricing strategies
Estimator Requirements:
- 3+ years of estimating experience in commercial construction.
- Proficiency with estimating software and digital takeoff tools (e.g., Bluebeam, Sage, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and market pricing.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple deadlines with precision and clarity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred, not required.
