Title: Human Resources Generalist
Salary: $75,000 – 90,000 + discretionary bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Human Resources Generalist:
- Process payroll using ADP Workforce Now
- Lead onboarding, employee records management, compliance, and HR administration activities
- Coordinate pre-employment screenings, physicals, and new hire documentation
- Serve as the primary HR resource for employees and answer employee questions
- Support employment law compliance, benefits administration, workers’ compensation, and HR policies
Qualifications for the Human Resources Generalist:
- 5+ years of HR experience and comfortable in a small company where you are the only person in Human Resources
- Experience supporting blue-collar workforces
- Strong hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now is a plus but not required
- Fluent bilingual Spanish/English is a plus but not required
