Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
- Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with U.S. GAAP.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on revenue recognition and reporting.
- Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls.
- Assist with audits and ensure accurate, timely reporting for leadership.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA strongly preferred but not required).
- 3–8 years of progressive corporate accounting experience.
- Experience in manufacturing company.
- Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively with leadership.
- Stable work history with clear career progression.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $80,000–$105,000 (up to $105,000 for exceptional candidates).
