Accounting Manager
Salary: $120,000–$140,000 + Bonus

Accounting Manager Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and month-end close
- Manage journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals and balance sheet activity
- Oversee outsourced accounting resources supporting AP, AR, fixed assets and sales tax
- Manage financial and internal reporting, forecasting and budgeting
- Support treasury and cash management activities
- Oversee fixed assets, capital expenditures and related reconciliations
- Manage intercompany accounting and reconciliations
- Review payroll and employee expense accounting
- Coordinate tax compliance and support external audits
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, controls and reporting
- Support ERP implementations, system enhancements and process improvements
- Partner closely with senior leadership on accounting and finance initiatives
Accounting Manager Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
- NetSuite experience highly preferred
- ERP implementation or conversion experience strongly preferred
- Strong month-end close, financial reporting and general accounting knowledge
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience managing employees and/or outsourced accounting resources
- CPA or Master’s degree preferred, not required
- Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
