Key Responsibilities

Manage project setup, billing configurations, WBS structures, and project maintenance in Deltek Costpoint
-
Review contract modifications and update funding ceilings, performance periods, and contract structures
-
Prepare and review billing for CPFF, T&M, and FFP contracts
-
Analyze project costs, funding, billing variances, and unbilled receivables
-
Research and resolve project accounting and funding discrepancies
-
Prepare and submit government invoices through WAWF/PIEE
-
Assist with annual DCAA Incurred Cost Submissions and indirect rate support
Qualifications
-
5+ years of project accounting, cost analysis, project billing, or contract administration experience in government contracting
-
Hands-on Deltek Costpoint experience required, particularly Project and Billing functionality
-
Experience with CPFF, T&M, and FFP contracts
-
Experience with government invoicing through WAWF/PIEE
