Compensation: $60,000 – $70,000

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly financial statements and budget-to-actual reports

  • Perform account reconciliations and financial analysis

  • Manage full-cycle accounts payable, including invoices, approvals, and vendors

  • Support accounts receivable, billing, collections, and reconciliations

  • Assist with month-end and year-end close

  • Prepare audit schedules and coordinate with external auditors

  • Monitor budgets and support ongoing budget management

  • Research accounting discrepancies and maintain internal controls

  • Communicate with clients and external stakeholders on financial matters

  • Support special projects and process improvements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required

  • 2–3 years of progressive accounting experience

  • Experience with financial statements, reconciliations, AP, AR, and month-end close

  • Government, fund accounting, professional services, or public accounting experience is a plus
