HR & Recruiting Coordinator

Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 DOE

Location: Seattle, WA Onsite

Key Responsibilities for the HR & Recruiting Coordinator:

  • Coordinate the full recruitment process, including posting positions, scheduling interviews, and candidate communications
    • Prepare and support hiring managers throughout the hiring process
    • Review, organize, and submit candidate resumes to hiring teams
    • Manage the performance evaluation process, including communications, timelines, and review administration
    • Provide guidance and instructions to managers and employees regarding performance review procedures
    • Process approximately 35 monthly vendor invoices and support accounts payable activities

Qualifications for the HR & Recruiting Coordinator:

  • Experience coordinating recruitment and hiring processes
    • HR administration experience, including employee communications and process management
    • Experience supporting performance management or evaluation programs
    • Accounts payable or invoice processing experience preferred
    • Proficiency with HR systems, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office
