Director of Finance
Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 Base

Key Responsibilities for the Director of Finance:
- Lead the Accounting & Finance function, including month-end and year-end close processes.
- Drive strategic initiatives and oversee implementation of major business systems and process improvements.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for executive leadership and the Board of Directors.
- Evaluate and improve financial, accounting, billing, and accounts receivable processes.
- Develop, mentor, and lead the finance team.
- Provide financial recommendations and insights to leadership and the Board.
Qualifications for the Director of Finance:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
- Experience creating and managing budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Prior experience presenting recommendations to executive leadership, ownership groups, or Boards.
- CPA preferred.
