Staff Accountant
Salary: $65,000 to $750,000

Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:
- Perform account reconciliations and support account cleanup efforts.
- Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger.
- Review invoices and assist with accounts payable activities.
- Process cash transactions, ACH activity, and customer payment postings.
- Support daily positive pay approvals and cash management functions.
- Assist with month-end close activities and financial statement preparation.
Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience considered
- Strong account reconciliation experience required.
