Key Responsibilities
- Serve as an Accounting Specialist supporting month-end close and financial reporting activities.
- Perform general accounting responsibilities including revenue recognition and fixed asset accounting.
- Support NetSuite reporting, implementation initiatives, and process improvements as an Accounting Specialist.
- Assist with GAAP-compliant reporting and audit preparation.
- Provide AP, AR, and general accounting support based on business needs.
- Help improve efficiency, accuracy, and reporting capabilities in your role as an Accounting Specialist.
Qualifications
- Experience working as an Accounting Specialist, Staff Accountant, Accounting Coordinator, or in a similar accounting role.
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; candidates with a non-accounting degree should possess at least 3 years of accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and the ability to apply them in a professional environment.
- ERP experience required; NetSuite experience is preferred for this Accounting Specialist opportunity.
