Salary Range: $125,000 – $140,000 + 10% bonus

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the month-end close process and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.
- As the Assistant Controller, oversee journal entries, accruals, revenue recognition, fixed asset accounting, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Support audit activities by coordinating documentation, preparing schedules, and responding to auditor requests.
- Partner with accounts payable and accounts receivable teams to ensure accurate transaction processing and timely resolution of issues.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives as the Assistant Controller to streamline accounting processes and strengthen internal controls.
- Assist with tax compliance, reporting requirements, and other strategic accounting initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Manufacturing accounting experience required.
- Previous experience as an Assistant Controller, Accounting Manager, Senior Accountant, or similar accounting leadership role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
- Experience working with ERP systems required.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required; Power BI experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
