Controller
Salary: $130-135K + bonus annually
Our client, a continued growth based non-profit, is currently seeking a Controller to join their team.

About the Controller role
- Full oversight of all accounting functions including supervising the team (general ledger, AP,AR, payroll)
- The Controller will be involved in internal controls, compliance and audit including continuous improvement.
- Prepare and review financial statements, leading the monthly/quarterly/annual financial close.
- Cash flow management – monitor cash flow and liquidity. Develop financial dashboards.
- Special projects (such as working with banking partners)
- Assist with annual budget
- Analysis, reporting, tax filings and working with external audit at year end.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications of the Controller
- BS Accounting, CPA is a plus.
- Experience with non-profit accounting
