Salary: $54,080-$62,400 DOE

Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Specialist:
- Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
• Process invoicing, collections, payment tracking, and vendor payments
• Maintain accurate financial records and enter data into accounting systems
• Provide front-office support, including handling calls, visitors, and office coordination
• Resolve billing discrepancies and payment-related issues with vendors and internal teams
• Assist with administrative duties to support daily business operations
Qualifications for the Accounting Specialist:
- 5+ years of Accounting Specialist, AP/AR, or related accounting experience
• Demonstrated experience managing invoicing, collections, and vendor payments independently
• Working knowledge of accounting principles and accounting software systems
• Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
