Title: FP&A Manager – Insurance Brokerage
Salary: Up to $150,000 + 15% bonus

FP&A Manager Key Responsibilities:

Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and financial modeling across insurance brokerage operations

Analyze brokerage revenue, financial performance, variances, and key business drivers

Develop financial models and reporting tools to support strategic and operational decision-making

Partner with business leaders to evaluate profitability, revenue trends, and producer compensation incentives

Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership

Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency
FP&A Manager Qualifications:

Insurance brokerage industry experience strongly preferred

5+ years of progressive FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance experience

Strong understanding of insurance brokerage revenue models, financial performance, and business drivers

Advanced budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis skills

Advanced Excel and financial planning systems experience; Workday Adaptive and private equity experience preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred; accounting background with a transition into FP&A highly desirable
