Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:

• Support monthly close activities through account reconciliations and journal entries
• Assist with revenue recognition and contract accounting analysis
• Research variances and resolve accounting discrepancies
• Support audits and financial reporting requirements
• Participate in system enhancements and process improvement initiatives

Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 1+ years of accounting experience
• Understanding of month-end close and accounting principles
• Experience with ERP systems or accounting technology preferred
