Salary: $68,000-$74,000

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to manage payroll processing, compliance, and reporting for a multi-state and international workforce. This position reports to the HR Director and works within a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage payroll exceptions, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Analyze payroll data and resolve discrepancies.
• Utilize Excel to manage and reconcile payroll information.

Requirements

• 5+ years of payroll experience.
• Multi-state and international payroll experience required.
• Strong payroll tax and compliance knowledge.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and XLOOKUP.

Preferred

• ADP experience.
• Construction, manufacturing, or related industry experience.
