• Partner directly with Finance leadership and executive management on key business initiatives
• Lead and mentor an accounting team while driving process improvements and best practices

Target Compensation:110k-130k plus bonus

• Lead the month-end close process and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting
• Oversee general ledger activities, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and customer credit functions
• Support audits, tax filings, and SOX/J-SOX compliance initiatives
• Supervise and develop accounting staff while enhancing accounting processes and controls

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Prior experience leading or supervising accounting teams
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting, and SOX controls; SAP experience preferred
