• Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership and key stakeholders
• Lead both high-level financial strategy and day-to-day financial operations
• Build and develop a high-performing finance organization
• Drive business growth through financial planning, analytics, and operational insights
• Influence major business initiatives, investments, and long-term planning decisions

• Lead the organization’s accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, and tax functions
• Develop financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and performance measurement processes
• Provide strategic financial guidance to support growth and business objectives
• Ensure strong financial controls, compliance, and risk management practices
• Manage cash flow, capital planning, and relationships with external financial partners

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
• Progressive financial leadership experience, including oversight of multiple finance functions
• Experience with strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing teams
