Key Responsibilities for the Payroll & Benefits Specialist:
• Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and timely for a multi-state workforce
• Administer all employee benefit programs, including health, dental, vision, life, and retirement plans
• Manage benefit enrollments, changes, open enrollment, and employee communications
• Lead benefit vendor relationships, contract reviews, and cost negotiations
• Ensure compliance with payroll tax, wage and hour, and benefits regulations
• Generate payroll and benefits reports and support audits as needed

Qualifications for the Payroll & Benefits Specialist:
• 3+ years of payroll processing experience with responsibility for end-to-end payroll administration
• Demonstrated experience managing employee benefits programs and vendor relationships
• Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, payroll taxes, benefits administration, and HRIS systems
