They are looking for a Controller who can strengthen financial operations, lead process improvements, and support the company’s continued growth.

- Compensation: $120,000-150,000 plus bonus
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Lead budgeting and forecasting activities to support financial planning and business decisions
- Manage core accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
- Monitor financial performance, analyze revenue and expenses, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, internal controls, and operational efficiency
- Lead, mentor, and develop accounting team members by establishing performance goals and providing ongoing coaching
- Partner with leadership and other departments to provide financial insights that support business growth
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience
- 2+ years of leadership or team management experience
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting operations
