Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Supervisor:
- Supervise and mentor accounting team members
- Prepare, review, and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close activities
- Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
- Analyze financial and operational data, including cost and trend analysis
- Assist with annual audit preparation and supporting documentation
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance reporting and accuracy
Qualifications for the Accounting Supervisor:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience with month-end close, journal entries, and account reconciliations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
