Key Responsibilities for the Farm Labor Contractor Compliance Coordinator:
- Maintain contractor files, licenses, insurance records, bonds, and compliance documentation.
- Review and verify weekly payroll packages, wage statements, payroll registers, and proof of wage payments.
- Reconcile labor invoices against approved rates, labor records, payroll support, and authorized adjustments.
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies, missing documentation, and invoice variances.
- Complete weekly compliance reviews and provide payment clearance documentation to Accounting.
- Track contractor compliance requirements, renewals, audits, training records, and payment holds.
Qualifications for the Farm Labor Contractor Compliance Coordinator:
- Bilingual English/Spanish required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in Accounting, Business, HR, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in FLC compliance, payroll auditing, invoice reconciliation, or agricultural administration preferred.
- Working knowledge of agricultural labor compliance and contractor documentation requirements.
