Accounting Manager – REIT
Salary: $120K–$130K Base + Bonus

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead US GAAP reporting and consolidation of international financial results.
- Review locally prepared statutory financials and ensure accurate conversion to US GAAP.
- Support quarterly reporting, financial statement preparation, and consolidation activities.
- Perform cash flow analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reviews.
- Collaborate with international accounting teams to ensure accurate, timely reporting.
Qualifications:
- CPA required/TRACK with 5–7 years of accounting, audit, or financial reporting experience.
- Strong US GAAP knowledge and analytical skills; Big Four public accounting, REIT, or international consolidation experience preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage reporting deadlines.
