What You’ll Do
- Prepare and review monthly journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
- Analyze financial results and investigate account variances.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Prepare financial statements and maintain general ledger accuracy.
- Partner with business leaders to support operational and strategic initiatives.
- Assist with audit preparation and process improvement projects.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in a Staff Accountant, Senior Accountant, Accounting Analyst, or similar accounting role.
- Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and month-end close processes.
- Experience with account reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills.
