A prominent nonprofit organization in the education sector required immediate support to scale its teacher recruitment efforts across Connecticut, New York, and Rhode Island. 

The client needed two to three temporary recruiting assistants for a short, four-month assignment. The goal was to build internal recruiting capacity to identify high-quality educators for the upcoming academic year, all within a fixed seasonal budget.

  • Budget Optimization: By demonstrating the ROI of the initial team, we helped the client reallocate their budget toward a larger, more robust recruiting task force. 
  • Engagement Flexibility: To meet aggressive hiring goals, part-time support was scaled to full-time 40-hour weeks, providing the dedicated resources needed to achieve key milestones.
