FAQ
What do I do when I lose my password?
Please select “forgot password” and follow the on-screen prompts. If you cannot retrieve your password, please contact your Staffing Manager.
How do I enter hours?
Select your office location, enter your email and password and hit “login.” Once you’ve logged in, you will see two buttons. Click the “submit hours online” button. Here, you will be prompted to select the period (week you worked) and your assignment. After entering this information, you will be asked to enter your hours for each day of that week. Once completed, you must initial, check the “completed” box and submit for approval.
What happens when I enter my hours incorrectly?
As long as you have not submitted your hours for approval, you can log back in and make adjustments. If you have submitted your hours for approval, then your manager will have to review your hours and make any necessary changes. Otherwise, you can email your Staffing Manager, who can correct your timesheet for you.
