Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting for multiple client accounts
- Perform bookkeeping, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and financial support
- Utilize QuickBooks to maintain accurate financial records and reporting
- Communicate financial results and accounting insights to clients and internal stakeholders
- Assist clients with accounting questions and day-to-day financial needs
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiencies
- Support payroll-related accounting activities as needed
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience
- QuickBooks experience is required
- Experience managing multiple clients, entities, or business units is highly preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to balance technical accounting responsibilities with client service
- Payroll experience or exposure to payroll platforms is a plus
