Location: Bedford, Ohio
Salary: $50,000-$55,000

Key Responsibilities (Accountant):
- Manage day-to-day accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, including researching and resolving discrepancies
- Record customer deposits and accurately apply payments to customer accounts
- Monitor outstanding receivables and communicate with customers regarding past-due balances
- Match vendor invoices to purchase orders and maintain accurate supporting documentation
- Process payments and maintain organized electronic and physical accounting records
- Prepare and provide customer invoices as needed
Preferred Qualifications (Accountant):
- High school diploma or GED required; additional accounting education is a plus
- Previous bookkeeping, AP/AR, accounting assistant, or similar accounting experience preferred
- Comfortable working with accounting/ERP systems and learning new software
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
