What You’ll Do
- Shape Program Success: Prepare annual budgets and collaborate with program managers to ensure financial health across diverse initiatives.
- Deliver Insightful Reporting: Create monthly budget-to-actual reports, billing statements, and financial analyses that drive strategic decisions.
- Support Compliance & Audits: Assist with year-end reports, audit schedules, and grant reconciliations to maintain transparency and accountability.
- Hands-On Accounting: Manage general ledger entries and budget modifications with precision and attention to detail.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (preferred)
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Strong Excel skills and analytical mindset
- Non-profit or contract billing experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
