Target Compensation: $65,000 – $80,000
Key Responsibilities for the Accountant:
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and daily cash management activities.
- Process cash, credit card, and rent transactions, including ACH payment approvals.
- Complete recurring journal entries and support month-end close activities.
- Perform bank reconciliations across approximately 30 LLCs and related entities.
- Prepare financial statements and assist with year-end tax preparation and sales tax reporting.
Qualifications for the Accountant:
- Accounting experience with strong knowledge of month-end close processes.
- Associate degree in Accounting .
- Experience within real estate, property management, or multi-entity accounting environments is a plus.
