CFS has teamed up with an award-winning nonprofit organization to identify an Accountant & HR Administrator to join their close-knit team. Our client was founded in 1980, and has a mission to improve mathematics education for students of all ages.

Accountant & HR Administrator‘s responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Bookkeeping, AP/AR, invoicing, handling checks and online payments, bank and credit card reconciliations, and financial reporting
  • Create annual budget and prepare quarterly budget YTD and EOY reports
  • Close all financial records monthly and prepare monthly reports
  • Process bi-weekly payroll for 9-10 full- and part-time employees
  • Coordinate with banks, vendors, and contractors.
  • Organize and manage personnel records, database, and documents
  • Handle various HR procedures

Qualifications for the Accountant & HR Administrator position:

  • Proven work experience as an Accountant/HR/Payroll Administrator, a HR/Payroll Administrative Assistant, or other related or relevant role.
  • AR/AP – QuickBooks experience preferred
  • MS Office computer literacy (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Self-starting attitude and work habits with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
