Responsibilities of the Accountant:
• Post daily customer payments
• High‑volume invoice processing
• Work with other departments to process credit applications and orders
• Resolve issues connected to orders, credits, or customer setup
• Generate customer invoices and monthly statements
• Perform AR reconciliations
• Research discrepancies and drive resolution
• Minimal collections work
• Collaborate with internal teams in a highly interactive environment
Qualifications of the Accountant:
• 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
• Enjoys digging deep into discrepancies to find solutions
• Experience with high‑volume A/R preferred
