Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Reconcile bank accounts, customer accounts, and general ledger balances.
• Assist with payroll processing and payroll administration.
• Generate monthly statements, reports, and supporting documentation.
• Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding account questions and discrepancies.
• Support month-end close activities and other accounting projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Associate degree in Accounting, Business, or related field is a plus but not required.
