In this role, you’ll oversee day-to-day accounting operations and lead the month-end close process while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting. You’ll also supervise a small accounting team and serve as a key financial partner to operations leadership, helping drive informed decision-making across the business.

What You’ll Do
- Lead daily accounting operations and oversee the month-end close process
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and supporting schedules
- Maintain integrity of the general ledger, reconciliations, and reporting accuracy
- Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting team members
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis efforts
- Partner with leadership to deliver financial insights and operational recommendations
- Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Prior supervisory or team lead experience
- Strong technical foundation in general ledger accounting and financial reporting
