Location: Chanhassen (Onsite)
Salary: $80,000 – 90,000

Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager:
- Lead day-to-day accounting operations and monthly/quarterly/annual close
- Prepare and oversee GAAP-compliant financial reporting
- Manage cash, banking activity, and external banking relationships
- Maintain and enhance internal controls, policies, and procedures
- Support and guide a small accounting team
Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:
- 5 years of progressive accounting or finance experience
- Strong GAAP and end-to-end accounting knowledge
