Target Compensation: $105,000 – $125,000
Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager:
• Oversee daily cash management, cash positioning, funding activities, and treasury operations.
• Manage accounts receivable processes and provide leadership to the AR function.
• Lead month-end accounting activities, general ledger oversight, and financial reporting support.
• Coordinate internal audit activities and partner with external auditors throughout the audit process.
• Support banking relationships, financial systems administration, and process improvements.

Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• Progressive accounting experience with significant cash management and/or treasury responsibility.
• Prior people management or supervisory experience.
• Public accounting experience strongly preferred.
