Accounting Manager –LIFO
Salary: $135,000–$145,000 base + 25% bonus + LTI + profit share

Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager – Fuel Inventory / LIFO:
- Own all LIFO inventory accounting, including layer creation, valuation, and liquidation analysis
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual LIFO calculations supporting inventory valuation and COGS
- Analyze margin, P&L, and balance sheet impacts tied to inventory and inflation indices
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals while serving as a technical SME
- Partner cross‑functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, FP&A, and auditors to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Drive process improvements, automation, and system enhancements across inventory accounting workflows
Qualifications for the Accounting Manager – Fuel Inventory / LIFO:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 8–10+ years of progressive accounting experience in inventory, cost accounting, or complex operational environments
- Proven people management experience (not a first‑time manager role)
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems and advanced Excel; SAP and inventory systems experience preferred
