Accounting Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Lead month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Oversee GL, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Manage and mentor accounting staff (or be positioned to step into leadership)
- Strengthen internal controls and process improvements
- Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Public accounting background is a plus (not required)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
- Desire and capability to grow into a leadership role (Controller/Director track)
- Proactive mindset with the ability to improve processes and drive efficiency
Compensation
- Base Salary: $100,000 – $120,000
- Bonus: Performance-based
- Equity: Employee Ownership Plan (ESOP)
