Accounting Manager
Our client is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations and play a key role in financial reporting, month-end close, and process improvement.

What You’ll Do

Oversee daily accounting operations and month-end close.

Prepare and review financial statements and account reconciliations.

Manage general ledger activity and ensure accuracy of financial data.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Develop and improve accounting processes and internal controls.
-
Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams on financial matters.

Lead and develop accounting team members.

Support audits and other compliance requirements.
What We’re Looking For
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

5+ years of progressive accounting experience.

Previous management or supervisory experience.

Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.

Experience with month-end close and account reconciliations.

Strong Excel and accounting systems experience.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently while partnering effectively with leadership.
