Accounting Manager
Salary: $80K to $90K + 10% bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager:
- Lead month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Perform variance analysis, margin analysis, and performance reporting
- Manage inventory accounting, costing, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Oversee cash flow forecasting, payroll review, and AP and AR functions
- Support ERP improvements, automation, and process enhancements
Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA preferred
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel
