What You’ll Be Doing

• Support and help lead month-end close activities, including journal entries and financial reporting
• Prepare and review account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Maintain project accounting schedules and assist with WIP reporting
• Analyze financial results and contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes
• Investigate variances and provide insights to leadership
• Assist with audit support and ensure compliance with internal policies and requirements
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and workflows
• Partner with leadership on special projects and operational initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Experience within the AEC industry is required
• Hands-on experience with Deltek Vantagepoint
• Strong understanding of project accounting, WIP, and financial reporting
• Experience supporting or leading month-end close and reconciliations
• A motivated professional interested in growing into a leadership role
