What you’ll be doing:
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and payment tracking
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations and maintain accurate records
- Assist with month-end close, financial reporting, and general ledger activities
- Monitor expenses, support budgeting, and ensure timely financial updates
- Partner with internal teams to maintain accuracy in financial data and documentation
What you bring:
- Experience in accounting or finance (construction or related industry a plus)
- Strong understanding of AP/AR, reconciliations, and financial reporting
