About the Accounts Payable Accountant role:
- Serve as the primary administrator of the organization’s corporate employee expense account programs including card issuance, maintenance, and compliance oversight.
- Perform monthly account reconciliations, manage expense allocations, prepare journal entries, and ensure accurate general ledger coding.
- Partner with employees to resolve transaction disputes, provide training, and support accounts payable operations and reporting.

Qualifications of the Accounts Payable Accountant:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline.
- 2+ years of accounting experience with exposure to accounts payable, corporate card administration, expense management, or auditing.
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
