Accounts Payable Aministrator
Location: Bakersfield, CA
Pay: $22–25/hr + discretionary bonus

Your Role:

Process and code invoices accurately and on time

Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents

Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies
-
Prepare and process check runs and ACH payments
-
Maintain organized and compliant AP records
-
Support month-end close and reporting as needed
What We’re Looking For:

Prior Accounts Payable experience

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
