- Process full‑cycle accounts payable activities, including invoice entry, 3‑way matching, purchase order review, and payment preparation, as the Accounts Payable Clerk
- Reconcile vendor statements and respond to payment inquiries in a timely and professional manner as the Accounts Payable Clerk
- Support disbursement runs, including checks, ACH, and electronic payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance as the Accounts Payable Clerk
- Maintain AP logs, documentation, and audit‑ready records within ERP systems as the Accounts Payable Clerk
- Utilize Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and 10‑key skills to ensure accurate data entry and reporting as the Accounts Payable Clerk
Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Clerk
- 2+ years of hands‑on accounts payable experience
- Strong understanding of AP processes, including batching, coding, and disbursements
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP, or similar) with strong attention to detail
