Salary: $120,000-$140,000

Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Director:
• Lead, mentor, and develop a large Accounts Payable team, including supervisors and staff
• Oversee high-volume AP operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely payments
• Establish, track, and improve departmental KPIs and performance metrics
• Drive process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency initiatives
• Partner with finance, accounting, and business leaders to resolve complex AP issues and support company goals
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and accounting standards
Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Director:
• Bachelor’s degree required in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 8+ years of progressive Accounts Payable experience, including leadership of large teams
• Proven experience managing high-volume AP operations and complex vendor relationships
• Strong background in process improvement, KPI management, and enterprise ERP systems
• SAP experience
