Salary: $90,000 – $105,000

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day Accounts Payable function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and employee expense reports
- Oversee month-end and year-end AP close activities, reconciliations, and reporting
- Manage, mentor, and develop Accounts Payable team members
- Establish and maintain strong internal controls, compliance standards, and audit readiness
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and implement automation solutions
- Manage vendor onboarding, master data integrity, and supplier relationships
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve visibility and operational performance
- Support cash flow management through accurate forecasting and payment planning
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, procurement, accounting, and leadership teams to support business objectives
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Accounts Payable processes and systems
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of Accounts Payable management experience with direct supervisory responsibility
- Background in a high-volume transaction environment
- Proven success leading process improvement and workflow optimization initiatives
- Experience with AP automation tools and ERP systems
- Concur experience is highly preferred
- Exposure to AI-driven finance tools or automation technologies is a plus
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage KPIs and drive operational excellence
