Creative Financial Staffing is partnered with an international law firm looking to add an Accounts Payable Specialist to their Boston team. They are looking for a candidate with a basic understanding of accounting who is ready to learn.
About the Firm Seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist:

- There is a large team of legal professionals served by the accounting department
- They have a steady volume of 40+ verdicts per year, making this a fast-paced environment
- Convenient location in downtown Boston near South Station
Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist:
- Processing a high volume of invoices
- Assisting with the weekly check run
- Identifying proper payment, from either the client or the firm
- Responded to assigned emails from the AP inbox
- Answering internal and external queries about accounts payable
Background Expected of the Cash Applications Specialist:
- 2+ years of experience in an accounts payable role
- Experience in a law firm and/or with Elite 3E is preferred but not required
Salary Range:
$50,000 – 70,000
