Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist:
- Process roughly 40 invoices per week with a high level of precision
- Own the weekly check run process
- Process ACH/wire payments in the bank system
- Review T&E and produce related reporting using Concur
- Manage vendor relationships and internal vendor setup
Background Expected of the Accounts Payable Specialist:
- 5+ years in an accounts payable role
- Experience with a publicly traded company is a plus
- Proficiency with NetSuite is highly desirable
Salary Range:
$65,000 – 80,000
